VIDEO: Our full review
We did a thorough review of these shirts and shared our results in this video and I'll share a summary of our results below.
For each printing service, we tested:
- The fit of the shirts - Were they comfortable and true to size?
- The print quality - We compared color, consistency, and opacity
- The print placement - Was the design centered and straight?
After trying them all on and comparing the prints, we determined our favorites!
How we compared the shirts and the printing
For each test, we had our logo printed in full color, at approximately 5-6" across. (Some printers let you specify the size, and others adjust the design size to fit the particular shirt size ordered.)
From each company, we ordered two shirts, one to fit me and one to fit Jo:
- For me, we picked a size Small in whatever the most popular "Comfort" style was (ex: tri-blend).
- For Jo, we picked a size XL in a whatever the least expensive "Value" style was (ex: classic or basic).
The actual shirt styles we purchased
Here are the specific shirts styles we purchased from each company. Remember that we chose the "comfort" style for my shirts and the "value" style for Jo's so that we could test different shirt qualities as well as the printing itself.
