We love the Golden Girls almost as much as we love Christmas, so it was a natural fit for us to create a Golden Girls themed Advent calendar this year to help us count down the days until Christmas.
Our Golden Girls Advent calendar has 24 little boxes that you print, cut, assemble, and fill with gifts. You can choose whatever you want to put inside, and even reuse the boxes again next year.
The best part is that when you stack them up, they make a pretty Christmas decoration on their own, great for displaying on your mantle, shelf, or table.

How to make a Golden Girls Advent calendar
Once you purchase and download the printables, just print them onto white cardstock and cut them out.
Then follow the included instructions to score and fold them into boxes, ready to be filled with fun little gifts, such as our Golden Girls vinyl stickers.
Most of the boxes are 2.5" cubes, but we have a few taller ones that are almost 6" tall, to be able to handle larger gifts. These have cute pointed tops with tabs that you tape together to close up.
Another favorite stuffer of ours is a set of the cute little Golden Girls enamel lapel pins that we designed. You can put them in four different boxes, or all together in one.
When all the boxes are assembled and you've tucked a gift inside each one, just stack them up into a fun display and give them to your friend (or keep it for yourself!)
Then every day from December 1st through Christmas eve, your friend can open that day's box and find the treat you left inside.

Just remember to pick items that are small enough to fit in the boxes! All the boxes are 2.5" wide and deep. The flat-top ones are also 2.5" tall, and the pointy ones are 4" tall on the sides and 5.75" tall at the peak.
