If you want to host a Secret Santa at your work or church, or with your family or friends, you might be wondering just how to set one up. We've got you covered, with a sign-up sheet, invitation, questionnaire, and gift tags... everything you need to host a Secret Santa except the actual gifts!

Secret Santa sign-up sheet
If you're in the workplace, the easiest way to get everyone on board with a Secret Santa is a simple sign-up sheet, and that's just what we've got for you. Just print out this page and hang it somewhere prominent in a common area, and people who want to participate can just add their names to the list.
Secret Santa invitation
If you want to host a Secret Santa with your family or friends, or any group of people whom you want to personal invite individually, our printable invitation is the way to go. These come print-ready in the PDF, but you can also customize them in the DOC file in case you want to edit the text. Either way, these invites are sized perfectly to fit in a standard A2 envelope.
Secret Santa questionnaire
Once you've got your participants decided on, you'll want to give them each one of our questionnaires so they can indicate their likes and dislikes. This fun little form will help each Secret Santa know what to get to please the recipient.
After everyone has filled out a questionnaire, shuffle them up and distribute them randomly, giving one to each person. And with that, you've been assigned your Secret Santa!
And don't forget — this is one of the customizable items in the included DOC file, so you can edit the lists if you want to change it up to suit your particular group.
Secret Santa gift tags
If you wanna go totally extra, why not print out some of our coordinating gift tags and make them available for the Secret Santas to use on the gifts? What a charming touch they make.
Secret Santa party decor
If you're having a "Secret Santa reveal party" at the end, or even if you just want some extra Christmas decor around the workplace, you can print our coordinating banner pennants to spell out anything you like. Just attach them to a ribbon with staples or tape and you're good to go.
And if you're serving cupcakes (who wouldn't?) you can jazz them up a little with our matching red plaid cupcake wrappers. Just print, cut, and tape the ends together, then plop the cupcakes inside.
Secret Santa thank you card
When it's all over, make it easy for everyone to thank their Secret Santas with our printable cards. You can leave a stack of them in a common area, or hand them out with the invitations from the start. Just like the invites, these are sized to fit in a standard A2 envelope.

Momlet, the sign-up sheet and info card download is in .doc format, which means you can open it in Microsoft Word. Then just click on any of the text you want to change, and edit it from there.
