Glitter Mason jars Posted by Jo

I really like glitter. I enjoy adding it to everyday items to make them that much more fabulous! Here’s a simple way to add a little glamour to some basic Mason jars. All you need are some Mason jars, Ornament Glitter Adhesive, and glitter in your choice of colors. I went with a warm/neutral palette to go with the beachy room where I am going to place the jars.

Squirt some Ornament Glitter Adhesive into your jar, place the lid back on the jar, and shake it around to coat the inside. If there’s any excess adhesive, just pour it back into the bottle.

Now, add in a bunch of glitter and roll the jar around to evenly coat the inside. You can easily shake out any extra glitter back and put it back into the container. Once the adhesive has dried, you can spray the inside with a coat of sealer if you like. I will be using them to hold LED candles.

Note that this adhesive is not waterproof, so DO NOT PUT WATER IN THE JARS! If you want to use the jar as a vase, add another smaller jar inside to hold the water and flowers, or just use fake flowers.
