For my aunt’s 50th birthday, we had a Blue Hawaii themed party for her since she is completely in love with Elvis. We served quite a few dishes that involved fresh pineapple to fit with the theme. I wanted to share a couple of pictures with you of how we plated them, because I just love the look. The first dish is a pineapple and meatball dish and the second is grilled slices of pineapple. Instead of throwing away the pineapple top, we just placed it in the middle of the platter for an instant decorative touch. Such fancy results with almost no effort!

These look fantastic – both the food and the presentation. What a great idea!
Very yummy-looking dishes for a splendid party! Aloha!
