Stamped fabric bracelet inspired by Crafty Chica Posted by Jo

Our friend Crafty Chica inspires me a lot.  I love her faithful use of glitter and her bold color choices.  I was so excited to see a post she did on making some fabric-covered bangles from the Target dollar bin into something a bit more fun.  Check out her step-by-step instructions to learn how she did it.

I never thought to use my rubber stamps and permanent black ink on something like this before.  Now, I am looking at other fabric-covered items and thinking about how I could stamp those as well. The whole project was so simple!  Stamp your favorite design and then color.

Here’s a bracelet I decorated in just a few minutes, using her Tango permanent fabric markers. I can’t wait to wear it on Valentine’s Day.  I bought a few more so I could have fun decorating them for a special outfit or occasion as well.  If you really like this project, let me know in the comments below how you would decorate your bracelet and I will send one to the person who submits my favorite idea!

I am headed to Target this morning! I hope they have some of these! If I find them, I will decorate them with a beach/flip flop theme. We’re very snowy here in Indiana and I am so ready for Summer!
