My husband went to an auction recently and bought a lot of items from an office going out of business. Four really large boxes of fax paper rolls were included in what he bought.
I was stumped as to what we were to do with this paper. After all, fax machines nowadays just use plain paper. I let the boxes be on his side of the garage for awhile and promptly forgot about them until one day, I walked in on my daughter coloring on some really neat long paper. Hey, that’s cool! Wonder where she got the long roll of art paper? A friend of ours had brilliantly decided that the fax paper would be perfect to roll out on the floor for coloring, painting, stamping, putting stickers on and cutting up and he was right. It’s a cheaper alternative to the classic art paper roll
you find in toy stores and is not nearly so wide so it doesn’t take up much room. So, scour your office supply closet or look on eBay
or Amazon.com
to find some for your own kids.
